Jay's Camp is truly a family. We limit the number of campers at Jay's so that every child and parent gets the full attention they deserve. Our programs are renowned on the North Shore for encouraging individuality and stimulating young minds in a safe, nurturing family atmosphere. Working together, we create exciting adventures and memories that kids treasure for a lifetime.

Jay's Camp has been run by Jay and Sherry Silverman since it opened in 1974. From camper to camp director, Jay has been involved in camping for nearly 50 years, and a teacher for 20 years. His early experiences with a counselor who made a spectacular impact on his childhood ignited his dream to nurture the same type of enthusiasm, character and self-confidence in other children. That's why he started Jay's Camp over 30 years ago, applying those lessons every day with your children, and through his tremendous, inspired staff. After 31 years, Jay still treasures the opportunity to be out on the grounds, knowing every camper by name, and making sure that every summer day is creative, interactive, and jam-packed with laughter and fun.
