SAC Camp is the camp that girls dream about. Where campers and staff come together to transform every day into a new and imaginative place. As the morning begins, the girls are learning new songs, laughing with friends and cheering on another exciting summer day! Our program is a comprehensive one that includes fine arts, athletics, and elaborate special programs that the girls help create!
Each week, campers participate in a variety of individual and team activities. The girls are out in the field playing kickball and pillow polo, riding bikes along our trail, jumping through our fantastic obstacle course, shooting hoops on the basketball court, in the sand playing volleyball, swimming twice a day and more! Our girls are always fascinated and inspired in our professional arts program crafted by Jackie Neuman, renowned on the North Shore for her exceptional instruction and creative work with children. And our professional dance instruction includes hip hop, jazz and modern dance, plus the girls stage full-scale productions in our new outdoor theater, complete with wireless sound system.
Plus, the Special Activities Camp is highly individualized. Each girl choose an incredible club or interest group each 4-week session, like Dance, Gymnastics, Art, Pottery, Cheerleading, Musical Drama, Wacky Science, Cooking, Assorted Sports or Jewelry.
MTV Day, Time Machine and International Day are some of our special programs that the entire unit collaborates on. Plus, parents share in their delight at performance recitals and art fairs after each four-week session. An individual video is presented to each parent featuring your child's experience at Jay's.
Your kids can participate for 8 weeks, or a shorter 4-week program. And there are discounts available for early enrollment, for returning campers, for having additional children at Jay's, and for referring new campers.
The SAC Camp is directed by Stacey Skolnick and Barrie Wexler who have worked for many years to develop a program that enables the girls to bond with their group and their counselor - truly creating for them an experience of a lifetime.
